Amazing!!! I have yet to have such an amazing experience with a dealership. From beginning to end the staff was courteous, patient and truly unremarkable. They w I have yet to have such an amazing experience with a dealership. From beginning to end the staff was courteous, patient and truly unremarkable. They went out of their way to deliver my car all the way to my work in NJ although it was over 2 hours and they never go that far.They helped me with all my documents prior to delivery and made sure everything was smooth and set to go. Jessie who delivered my car was fantastic as well. He spent 15 minutes going over every last detail feature or question i had and made sure i knew everything about the car. I truly recommend this dealership. Finally, thank you to the Sullivan Honda team for making my experience and A++ More

I was a bit worried about finances, but the finance team made it feasible for me to get a 2105 Civic LX. Jessie Santiago, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the car and was patient and showed me on three different occassions how to work the interior parts in the car. I am quite happy with my new car and know it will last me as long as, if not longer, than the two other Hondas I have purchased in the past. And I know I will get professional and personal care for my car from the entire service department, especially mechanic Glenn Parker and Marissa and Jake who take care of the billing and quoting prices etc. More
