I never really mind taking my truck to lake ford. It always seems like they are always willing to bend over backwards to make things right . From recalls to warranty work . Sometimes I even have stupid always seems like they are always willing to bend over backwards to make things right . From recalls to warranty work . Sometimes I even have stupid questions and they do everything to help me. Compared to alot of the other dealers this dealer is number 1 to me. I could buy from other places , sometimes I even think about it but I always remember how easy it is to deal with these guys . And thats why i stay . The service staff is great and my sales man Nick Sigel is always able to find whatever I'm looking for. I'll be going to this dealer no matter what they change their name too. More

went in for oil change Everyone is pleasant and friendly. My car was washed and ready in a timely fashion. Love coming to Lake. I brought the car in for an oil chan Everyone is pleasant and friendly. My car was washed and ready in a timely fashion. Love coming to Lake. I brought the car in for an oil change. Everyone is friendly and offers to help when I come in. They tell me what service the car is due for and ask my permission to do it. When finished, my car is washed and ready in a timely manner. It's great to come in to Lake for service. More

Not good service, disappointed. Felt like I was treated by my skin color not by what I was trying to make the work er understand. I was correct. I felt like he didn't care. Not respected Although I don't feel at all sick, I know a person can be A symptomatic carrying the corona Covid-19 virus and transmit to others. Therefore I wore a protective mask, out of respect for the service writers. I asked why the weren't wearing facial covers and was told it was their choice not to. I explained why I was wearing a mask for their safety not mine and they still said had the choice to and chose not to. When expressing my feelings to the service manager she told me that it was my choice to come in and she was not going to wear a mask. I then responded by saying correct it is my choice therefore I was not going to return after being a customer for at least a decade . I did call in advance on a Monday morning spoke to the Service Manager explaining I was a senior citizen to see if they were busy was told not to worry. Sorry I didn't ask if they would be wearing face coverings when addressing the public over a service counter. Hadn't you sent me this questioner I probably would have stewed in silence. Thank You, I feel better and have learned a valuable lesson, when going somewhere phone first to see if they are practicing safety and respecting their customers if not I will take my business elsewhere. After all there is an old saying "the customer is always right". That's if you want to keep them as a customer. More

I thing my seatbelt needed to be fixed but Jessie said not so I call ford they inform me to check a def ford dealer and went to Ewald s ford and they said yes they had to order the part but it will be fix not so I call ford they inform me to check a def ford dealer and went to Ewald s ford and they said yes they had to order the part but it will be fixed I am sorry this happened I had good luck with lake ford and breager ford befor service is not what it used to be More
