I had a bad experience with my last service that I scheduled with lake Ford. Jessie called me about my latest review and was very friendly and explained what she thought happened and that she would ta scheduled with lake Ford. They gave me a complimentary oil change for my inconvenience. I would recommend this dealership as most other dealerships do not respond well to bad service reviews. More
