Been doing business with Royal Automotive for decades for a reason. They are top notch across the board with primary focus on customer satisfaction. My last three vehicles came from Royal KIA, and Jesus was a reason. They are top notch across the board with primary focus on customer satisfaction. My last three vehicles came from Royal KIA, and Jesus was my sales rep for all of them. Again, for a reason. Jesus is simply outstanding and ensures every consideration is afforded the buyer. I worked with Beto as well and cannot say enough about his professionalism and responsiveness to my every question or concern. I wonder what vehicle I will procure through Royal next. Awesome! More

What could’ve been an extremely stressful experience turned out to be very seamless with no stress at all he was empathetic towards my situation with the service department, which I appreciate appreciated. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone the service he provided is what keeps us coming back to Royal Kia. We have been faithful customers since 2009 when we moved. to Tucson. I cannot say enough positive things about this carbine experience and so far things are going great with a new car. Of course it’s only day two. :-) More
