I spotted my SLK350 on the internet and queried the listing on the weekend. Since I was coming from Fayetteville, I asked if it could be held for me to come and rest drive. Jesus was honest and personable. As we were new to the brand he gave us information about the safety features and why the brand is so highly recommended. Everyone we met was at a minimum cordial but usually it was like greeting old friends. The young lady who assisted with the financing is Top Notch! Open, honest, didn't sugar coat but was direct when explaining the terms, rates and expectations. She welcomed questions and wasn't trying to hurry us along. I never considered looking at the Jackie Cooper dealership because I didn't belive there would be anything in a price range I could afford with relatively low milage. I am pleasantly surprised and would recommended the dealership to others. Keep up the great work folks. More

Upon closer inspection of the sales agreement the cost I paid exceeded the advertised cost from a Mercedes Benz promotion. Conner Kach in the financing department is focused on increasing profits more than satisfying clients and the financing process is a total sham. When issues arose after the sale it has been impossible to speak to anyone by phone, and emails sent requesting assistance have not received a response. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
