He had a way to weave all the key features in without sounding scripted. When we got back he gave us options and we had time to think. He was willing to negotiate over text and the phone. So helpful because no one likes to feel held hostage at a dealership on a work day. I would highly recommend Jesus he is a great partner through the process. The experience started off on the wrong foot, as after 2 hours of selling, the dealership mistakenly had the car listed even though it had already been sold a week earlier. To their credit, they acknowledged the error, were very apologetic, and price-matched to make things right. The purchase process itself took about four hours, and unlike other Volvo dealerships I’ve been to, there wasn’t much in the way of hospitality (no substantial food offerings). Overall, it was an acceptable experience once the initial issue was addressed, though not quite on par with what I’ve experienced elsewhere. More
