I came in for an oil change which unknown to me ended up being complimentary along with a tire rotation, which was great! He (cant remember his name) then suggested a trans fluid change for $105 which I agr being complimentary along with a tire rotation, which was great! I get call that after the "inspection" that I needed a coolant flush, fuel system cleaner, a tune up (plugs wires, etc... I actually do need this but my bf will do it), I was supposedly leaking oil in several places so this and that had to be replaced. It was around if not more than $2000 worth of work. 1. I'm sure because I'm a girl, he thought I'd be dumb enough to agree to it. 2. I park in the same spot at work for 10 hrs a day, if I was leaking oil at all, I'd see it, let alone if it was bad enough I needed to spend thousands to fix it, I know xxxx well I'd see the oil leaking. Ive always had decent visits there for oil changes (I had a handful of free ones for buying my car there) but this last one reminded me why I dont go to dealerships and do everything I can myself or if needed go to my friendly mechanic that's honest. I only came there this day because it's close to work and I needed a wash so I'd pay the same for you guys to do it as I would changing it myself and paying for a car wash. Oh and lastly, I'm not even sure they did the tire rotation that was "complimentary" because I am missing one hub cap and valve stem cap on the same wheel and that wheel was in the same spot. Actually, one more thing, it's a frickin honda, I could probably not do maintenance for 3 years and it would still run lmao. Well now that I see Jesus Marti is on the sales list, I would love to add that in 2016 when he sold me the car, I told him I'd buy it if I got new tires because the ones on there were done for, but nope he had me sign the papers and I didnt realize he didnt include them (my fault for not reading) as he should have so you guys wouldnt include the new tires I requested. Okay. I'm done now! More

Dishonest Sales and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased a 2018 Accord EX from Honda of Kenosha, while the car is fantastic the experience was awful. I used True Car to find the vehicle I recently purchased a 2018 Accord EX from Honda of Kenosha, while the car is fantastic the experience was awful. I used True Car to find the vehicle and understand approximately what I'd pay, this was explained to the sales person (Leo) who let me know that it was a phenomenal deal and went on to explain some of the perks "included" with this purchase. These perks were NOT included in the cost of the car, each had an additional fee - Auto Butler (which I mentioned I'd never use as I don't live in the same state as the dealership) $1,000, extended bumper to bumper warranty $2,000, Color Pros $4,000. When discussing my monthly payments with Leo using a calculator to show that something wasn't adding up I was told that I must be factoring in the interest wrong and that "there's no we we're up-charging you that much, but finance can break it down for you." When I sat down with Jesus from finance we looked at the line by line breakdown which showed these charges I asked to have them removed but I was told there was "no revisiting" and that I was essentially stuck. Later that evening I spoke with my brother in-law, who works at a car dealership, he advised I request the warranties be canceled as that's a fairly standard process. I reached out Melissa Koerber, Customer Service Manager, who put me in touch with Corey, the dealer's General Manager. Corey was responsive via email but required me to come to the dealership to discuss the cancellation. I took a half day and made the trek from Chicago to Kenosha only to be told that there's nothing they can do outside of canceling the only useful warranty, the bumper to bumper - if that's the case why not mention that via email and save me the trip and a half days time? Additionally Jesus mentioned the dealership doesn't actually honor True Car pricing and that they advertise their cars online at prices far less than they're willing them for to get people in the door - very dishonest. After an hour of arguing the dealer agreed to reduce the cost of the Auto Butler (that I'll never use) but they can't do anything for the $4,000 Color Pros. Net Net - Don't trust these guys! I didn't ask for any of these warranties nor were they properly explained by sales, I was charged $7,000 more than I should have been, and was basically told to hit the bricks when I brought these issues to the dealer. More
