A truly enjoyable experience during these trying times I was pleasantly surprised that during this time of social distancing the ease in purchasing a new Equinox. I have had some very bad and very good ex I was pleasantly surprised that during this time of social distancing the ease in purchasing a new Equinox. I have had some very bad and very good experiences with dealerships in the past, and this truly was at the top. The finance department was a little backed up, causing a brief delay, but Solon offered my wife and I a slice of pizza which I believe is above and beyond normal customer relations. I also was impressed the Financial Manager, I believe his name is Adolfo, recommended a secondary method of financing that saved me $8/mo on my payment. Jesus was also instrumental in helping me determine that this was the right time for me to purchase a new vehicle since my old one was over 5 years old and 100K miles, and would only be losing value.
