Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that our service team was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided you with a great experience. We also appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the spare tire kit to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to learn about an available option after the fact, especially when the pricing and installation costs did not match what you were originally quoted. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our team so we can improve how we communicate available accessories and pricing with our customers from the beginning. Thank you for choosing O'Steen Acura of Athens and for taking the time to share both your kind words and constructive feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve, and we hope to continue serving you in the future.-AS
