Ongoing issues with 2018 Crosstrek literally since purchase. Same issue , has been back 7 times with no resolution . No response from service manager. Was told for my warranty to remain the car could only be serviced at Concordville ( which Subaru’s customer complaint dept. said is absolutely not true), was told the warranty I purchased had so many loopholes it never a had been honored ( unbelievable !). Called several other dealerships for a second opinion and was unable to get a call back. Finally called Reedman Toll Subaru in Exton and the service manager picked up and set me up with an appointment right away. Do your homework when dealing with Concordville Subaru. The list of “untruths” we were given goes on. Love the car ( we actually have 4 Subarus) but this experience has been less than positive. I noted on other complaint reviews the owner of Concordville has replied and provided a phone number to call to discuss , tried that, no call back. Buyer beware.. More
