Jill our sales representative was very helpful and communication our new car delivery date. Only issue was when we came in to do the Lease paperwork, there was an additional $1975 added. Only amount communicated was $2000 down, nothing stated that there will also be an additional $1975 on top of the down payment. No explanation on how the original figures presented had this included. Financial department stated well it is what it is and did not care if we walked out. Understandable there is a lack of inventory and you cannot negotiate the new car price, but really. Arrogant behavior. Hopefully we get our trade in offer. More

Ongoing issues with 2018 Crosstrek literally since purchase. Same issue , has been back 7 times with no resolution . No response from service manager. Given assurances that diagnostics were performed purchase. Same issue , has been back 7 times with no resolution . No response from service manager. Given assurances that diagnostics were performed that were not. Was told for my warranty to remain the car could only be serviced at Concordville ( which Subaru’s customer complaint dept. said is absolutely not true), was told the warranty I purchased had so many loopholes it never a had been honored ( unbelievable !). Called several other dealerships for a second opinion and was unable to get a call back. Finally called Reedman Toll Subaru in Exton and the service manager picked up and set me up with an appointment right away. Do your homework when dealing with Concordville Subaru. The list of “untruths” we were given goes on. Love the car ( we actually have 4 Subarus) but this experience has been less than positive. I noted on other complaint reviews the owner of Concordville has replied and provided a phone number to call to discuss , tried that, no call back. Buyer beware.. More
