I was test driving a car and hit someone (not at fault) had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. I was told I had autostart on my keys, it does not work but other than that everything is had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. I was told I had autostart on my keys, it does not work but other than that everything is good. There are just small things. I didn't get exactly what I wanted and I am over my budget. After I told them, nothing could be worked out. Other than that the car is good. More

Car was not inspected appropriately and was leaking coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate wit coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate with us despite multiple calls and messages. Never could get a response from Mike or Todd Roth when issue occurred. Finance paperwork was done incorrectly twice and they failed to give me appropriate paperwork for the DMV so I will have to make yet another trip to dealer and then again to DMV.. Overall has been a very unsatisfying experience. Also be prepared that if you use Nissan’s emergency roadside service it make take you 3 hours to get a tow truck too. Not a selling point for them at all. More

We started out just looking so we could get comfortable with our options between different manufacturers. Keenan did a great job and was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He helped show us every with our options between different manufacturers. Keenan did a great job and was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He helped show us every car we wanted, even different brands. He was great during test drives and even endured the back seat, which is a chore at 6’4”! Keenan was a great start to our experience and Jill matched him in every way. She helped us understand our options and ultimately got us exactly what we needed. The team was great and we couldn’t have asked for better. More
