Seth McDonald definitely made our experience comfortable. He was very personable, offered all information, ready to answer any question. It felt like we were dealing with family. Os is a very genuine person. He's very certain on his sales. Talked about possibilities on my current vehicle and will be coming back to work with him on a very good car. We moved over to Missouri a couple of years ago. When it came time for us to get different vehicles we were apprehensive to deal with any dealership as we dealt with just one from our hometown. When it came time for us to get different vehicles we were apprehensive to deal with any dealership as we dealt with just one from our hometown. Apprehension was gone the minute we walked into Suntrup Nissan. We were greeted with smiles and friendliness from the entire team at Nissan. Sean Finnigan was the sales representative that eased our concerns immediately. My wife purchased her car and a few weeks later I purchased a new vehicle. We will use this dealership again for sure. Thank you Suntrup Nissan for making our experience pleasant. More

Took me right in for my oil change, and my inspection but could not fix my problem of disarming the stupid back-up locking Emergency Brake, a Nissan Flaw. I should be able to disarm all the stupid bells and could not fix my problem of disarming the stupid back-up locking Emergency Brake, a Nissan Flaw. I purchased a vehicle. It took longer than I expected. Everything went well, and I was able to enjoy the vehicle at the end of the day. It took longer than I expected. Everything went well, and I was able to enjoy the vehicle at the end of the day. More

Being in the car business myself for 8 years, I will say Mike was just the right sales person to work with me. Honestly, I was not planning on getting my vehicle at Suntrup or that soon, however Mike listen Mike was just the right sales person to work with me. Honestly, I was not planning on getting my vehicle at Suntrup or that soon, however Mike listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and he came through with everything and then some plus bonus Pizza and coke for lunch! Mike also delivered the vehicle to my home for me. I had reached out to several dealers, several brands, I did not intend to buy/lease when I came in to look at the vehicle, Mike, Jill and the manager went above and beyond to make the deal happen without being the least bit pushy.
