Jill is one of our Assistant Service Managers at Subaru of Gwinnett. She has been in the automotive industry for 12 years; 11 of those years at Subaru of Gwinnett. Jill first joined Subaru of Gwinnett in 2003 as a receptionist. She took a leap of faith when she accepted a service advisor position at Subaru of Gwinnett nine years ago and has been helping Subaru customers maintain their beloved Subaru vehicles ever since. Jill has been recognized as a top service advisor in her field by Subaru of America and consistently maintains the highest of customer satisfaction ratings. Jill is a portrait artist and mother to one very vocal Maine Coon cat, Piper, her beautiful African Grey, Oliver and her sweet Peach face, Lovebird Pippin.

When it comes to giving Customer Service, Jill Thurston can't be beat. I have to admit that over the many years that I've been buying cars, I've always been skeptical about returning to the dealerships fo can't be beat. I have to admit that over the many years that I've been buying cars, I've always been skeptical about returning to the dealerships for service. Jill has ended that worry for me! Her honesty and integrity, (and her sense of humor!) are her strongest points. Bottom line - I trust her completely. When she tells me something needs done, I believe her. She listens to my concerns about my car. She spells out exactly what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. If a part needs replaced, and it's small enough to carry, she brings it to me to see. She also keeps me updated as my car is being serviced. When service is complete, she takes time to review everything that has been done, breaks down the cost of the service, and answers any questions that I might have. I couldn't ask for more! I give Jill (and the Subaru of Gwinnett Service Department) a 5 out of 5 Stars rating! More

Jill Thurston is so good at providing excellent customer service that she makes it look easy. I appreciate her courtesy and honesty. Ihave Been taking my 2 Subaru's in for service since 2004, I have always received Great, Friendly service. I live 2 hours away, even though there is a Dealership closer in Asheville, NC , I would rat 2004, I have always received Great, Friendly service. Although I have to drive a bit out of my way to go to Subaru of Gwinnett, it is well worth it to me. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am greeted quickly and efficiently. Both Jill and Gary are focused on providing the best service and sales possible. I recommended a friend to Gary and she purchased a new Outback and was very impressed with Gary's knowledge and abil service and sales possible. I recommended a friend to Gary and she purchased a new Outback and was very impressed with Gary's knowledge and ability to work with her in trying to find exactly the right vehicle. She had visited over 10 other varying dealerships and never received the attention given to her by Gary. I brought my own Subaru into the dealership for service and Jill provided her usual OUTSTANDING attention to detail in providing and satisfying all the needed service on my vehicle. I can't speak highly enough about both Jill and Gary and am so fortunate to have a dealership with the high quality of customer service presented at Subaru of Gwinnett. More

I cannot speak highly enough of Jill Thurston. The last dealership I went to (not a Subaru dealership)there was so much turnover, I never saw the same person twice, and I never felt completely comfortable dealership I went to (not a Subaru dealership)there was so much turnover, I never saw the same person twice, and I never felt completely comfortable that I needed the extra services they recommended. In the past year that I have been coming here, I have developed complete trust and confidence in Jill (not just my own experience, but positive things I have heard from other Subaru owners while waiting for service to be completed). We are extremely satisfied with Jill and the service team who have worked on our vehicle. I did not actually purchase my Forester (my father and I swapped vehicles), but based on my experience with your service department I am fairly certain that when I am ready to buy a new vehicle it will be a Subaru from your dealership. More

I love bringing my car repairs and maintenance to Jill because she is so attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about the needs of my car.
