Jill is one of our Assistant Service Managers at Subaru of Gwinnett. She has been in the automotive industry for 12 years; 11 of those years at Subaru of Gwinnett. Jill first joined Subaru of Gwinnett in 2003 as a receptionist. She took a leap of faith when she accepted a service advisor position at Subaru of Gwinnett nine years ago and has been helping Subaru customers maintain their beloved Subaru vehicles ever since. Jill has been recognized as a top service advisor in her field by Subaru of America and consistently maintains the highest of customer satisfaction ratings. Jill is a portrait artist and mother to one very vocal Maine Coon cat, Piper, her beautiful African Grey, Oliver and her sweet Peach face, Lovebird Pippin.

Jill is superb, cutomer friendly, always works my cars in, and most importantly, trustworthy since most of us don't know much about cars-told me on one visit I needed a new battery. My experience was nearly painless-- i had done my homework and was looking for a vehicle like me safe and dependable to drive into retirement... The ressponse from Lance Willhite to my email inquiry was prompt friendly and informative--i visited the the showroom at his request and we were able to make a satsifying trade of my used vehicle anlet me drive out in a new Forester. The best customer service! Jill is the best,.....I am very picky! She knows her products and goes out of way to explain everything...give this woman a raise. Jim Heet is a great salesperson and we are happy with our purchases! He helped my husband with his initial inquiries about new-v-used, based on his own job in outside sales, in which his mileage burns throu purchases! He helped my husband with his initial inquiries about new-v-used, based on his own job in outside sales, in which his mileage burns through warranties before the car is paid off. The next day or so Jim spent all day with us - first setting up my husband in a new Outback...then getting me set up in a new Forester. Third Subaru for my husband (his daughter is still driving his first, a 1999) and 1st for me; I'm very excited about making us an all-Subaru family! We really enjoyed working with Jim and frankly I hope he still works at the dealership in 5 years when Robert is ready for his next new Subaru :-) Also, my husband has made friends with Jill and Lisa, having been in a few times for service. He introduced me to them on this visit, and they were very friendly and fun in helping us pass the time during our long day at the dealership. They also both shared with me about the Forester and helped me decide to go for it. We also worked with Jen and another nice man (who's name I can't recall) in Financing. From what we can tell, everyone who works at this dealership is top-notch, and we are looking forward to getting all of our service done here going forward. Thanks! More

Great service at a great price and the service personnel are fine. However the requirement of having to say this in 250 characters is quite annoying. Alyssa met me at my car and greeted me. When I told her my name, she knew what work I had scheduled for my car. During the work Jill kept me appraised of what they were doing, what they were finding and h my name, she knew what work I had scheduled for my car. My experience with Subaru of Gwinnett has always been fantastic! Today, I purchased a 2011 Outback, which is my 2nd Subaru from Subaru of Gwinnett. Gary Sikes was the sales representative that assisted fantastic! Today, I purchased a 2011 Outback, which is my 2nd Subaru from Subaru of Gwinnett. Gary Sikes was the sales representative that assisted me in my purchase. He helped me with my first Subaru as well, and he continues to assist wonderfully. The am always pleased with the service that I receive from Jill Thurston in Service Department. I choose to drive 2 hours from Columbus, Georgia to Duluth, Georgia because Jill exudes great service. She is also very accommodating with appointments considering the drive that I choose to make each time. Jennifer Chupp is great as well, and she went above and beyond to find and retrieve the vehicle for me. Today was my first experience with Tom Reddin(?). I was so impressed because he went over the documents and disclosures with such efficiency. I will continue to use Subaru of Gwinnett as my exclusive Subaru dealership because the I like the atmosphere, and the people continue to make me feel welcome during each visit. More

In all my years of car buying this was the least stressful experience of them all.
