Jim is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is very friendly and understanding. Vito and Buzz also worked hard to obtain financing that fit within my budget. Overall a very pleasant experience. There was never any pressure from anyone. There was however, sympathy from all at the loss of my beloved Legacy. More

Excellent experience I figured out which car I wanted using their website and I emailed them, got a quick reply, talked on the phone, then went in to test-drive and the I figured out which car I wanted using their website and I emailed them, got a quick reply, talked on the phone, then went in to test-drive and then buy the car in person. They gave me useful information and minimized my wait. When we were waiting, we had friendly conversation. It was a low-temperature, no-haggle conversation. The entire process was very easy and above all the most professional I have ever undertaken. After extensive research on pricing of vehicles it became very evident that Heuberger has fantastic pricing which is not surprising given the huge volumes they work with. Working with Jim was incredibly easy and he was very responsive and accommodating due to my work schedule. With the devastating hail storm in southern Colorado Springs recently I am sure their workload has increased but the standards were high the entire purchase. Having to wait for the insurance settlement was no problem at all. A small deposit secured the car and when we went back to finalize everything it took less than 2 hours! Highly recommend Heuberger and if he isn't too busy ask for Jim - you won't be disappointed!!! More
