Positive Experience From A Skeptical Shopper I always dread having to begin the process of buying a car. But I can honestly say that buying a car from Leith Volkswagen was a pleasurable experienc I always dread having to begin the process of buying a car. But I can honestly say that buying a car from Leith Volkswagen was a pleasurable experience. Everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and pleasant to deal with, and really at no point did it feel like the traditional car buying experience. Jim Cochran is the person who actually sold us our 2014 Passat, and we would highly recommend him. He helped us zero in on the specific car we wanted, and then I felt good about the price we agreed to. He also went the extra mile in helping fix a minor cosmetic paint blemish that we discovered while finalizing the purchase, coming in on a day off to make sure the repair was done properly and even bringing in homemade muffins. Also high marks to Said Raouz in the finance department. Again, who likes to go through that process? But Said made it, well, if not fun, then at least tolerable. In short, Leith Volkswagen was a pleasure to deal with and we would be happy to buy from them again. More

As a young woman shopping for a car by myself, I went in very hesitant and had no idea what to expect, but Jim made the process as easy and painless as possible. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something extra that I couldn't afford and he was extremely patient with answering all of my questions. My father, who lives out of state, was my co-signer, which of course added more paperwork to the equation, but the whole process was a piece of cake! Jim was willing and available to correspond with my dad via phone or email and he made the whole process as seamless as possible. I will definitely be coming back to see him for all of my future car needs! More

Jim's Great customer serviced influenced our Jetta Purchase After begging my dad to go to the VW dealer to at least give the Jetta a chance before he ruled it out, we went in hopes of just driving this car. We have used the same leith sales person for 16 years (he was currently not working the day we went in) and didn't intend on buying from anyone else. We met Jim and he took us on a test drive of the car and ended up telling us that he had been trained by the guy we have been buying leith cars from for 16 years. He was very personable, valued customer service, and knew all about VWs. We ended up contacting our sale man of 16 years and telling him about how great our experience was and they both helped us close the deal on my new 2015 Jetta 1.8 SE. The Jetta is a great car thus far, comfy seats, leather, navigation, and a sporty feel. Very good gas mileage and easy to drive also swayed our decision to buy this model. More

Instead of being pushy, he helped us sort out the pros and cons of each vehicle we were considering.
