When I leased my 2012 CC, Joe was the sales manager and he got me into a car I loved without all of the typical car buying drama you so often hear about. When my lease end date was near, I decided I wanted to purchase the car and wanted to speak to someone in sales about financing options. I made an appointment and was told to ask for Jim. From the minute I met Jim, I knew I'd have a another positive experience - he was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and genuine. I was immediately at ease talking with him. He quickly assisted me with financing options and when I queried about trading in that car and getting a new CC, he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision. I love my new 2014 CC and am so appreciative for all of the time Jim spent with me. After all of the paperwork was done (Thanks Rickie :)), Jim spent a great deal of time with me explaining all of the features of the car, helping me set up my phone and transferring my personal things from my old car to the new. I can say with 100% certainty that at no point have I had an ounce of buyers remorse. I walked in late on a Friday night and when I decided to buy a car it was close to closing time. Jim made it out to be no big deal and worked with me two hours past closing w/ no complaint. As a young female (sans my husband at time of purchase) I had concerns that I wouldn't be taken seriously, or I wouldn't be given a fair shot of negotiation. I can say with confidence that a) it didn't matter b)I negotiated a very fair deal and c) I never felt taken advantage of, and that makes all the difference. Grade A experience. More
