Website does not work for service appointments. Only way to reliably schedule is in person. Service staff is excellent but not enough of them at the service desk. Great fast service. I had a tire with a nail lodged in it. Vision Dodge promptly examined the tire, determined that it could not be patched, and then picked up a repla I had a tire with a nail lodged in it. Vision Dodge promptly examined the tire, determined that it could not be patched, and then picked up a replacement tire and mounted it while I worked in their nice waiting area. It's great having a number of long time employees back in the Service Department. Highly recommended. More

i was from out of town and was having serious suspension problems they got me in and determined that the conversation company never tightened the rear suspension properly tried to local conversation dealers problems they got me in and determined that the conversation company never tightened the rear suspension properly tried to local conversation dealership for help with warranty dead end said they were not comfortable letting me take the vehicle. they made shore vehicle was back to specifications and I on my way. To bad the conversation wasn't that easy to deal with still waiting to my warranty More
