Staff welcomed me and they were responsive and timely. The Service Manager is always respectful and helpful. It was as always a great visit. I’ve been a customer for quite a few years and every time I’m there, including this appointment I am very happy with the service I receive at Vision. I wait for my car and they tell me approximately how long the service will take and they are always very prompt! More

I made the appointment weeks in advance. They were ready for me when I showed up. I asked if they could finish the work by a certain time. They said they would try. Website does not work for service appointments. Only way to reliably schedule is in person. Service staff is excellent but not enough of them at the service desk.
