I was told with the paint package I would get a full inside and outside detail. Wheni picked up the vehicle, it looked like it was just vacuumed and handed back to me. Didn't look like much was done. When I questioned it, Jim just gave a 'go away' type answer. Told me they probaly just missed the dash. I have zero confidence woth this dealer. I have escalated issues and eas tild they would follow up and never heard back. I only use the service because I purchased things that can only be used at this dealer. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from here anymore. I dont trust Vision. When things go wrong for the dealer, they try to get you out the door and d9nt try to fix the issues, or at least try to make the customer feel appreciated. 3rd vehicle i punched and once I have issues, its been the worst experience ive dealt with More
