Westside Lexus is a beautiful dealership with multiple vehicles showcased throughout the building. I was greeted with Jim Fikaris in sales and he was professional and made my experience comfortable. Communication through the process was excellent and appreciated. We ended up buying a used vehicle with 7000 miles so it was like new. I am giving 4 stars because the pressure in finance to buy warranty packages. The attitude by the gentleman was too much. My husband and I were both disturbed by it. Service took care of a couple of minor problems with the car days after I drove it off the lot. Unfortunately, the steering wheel of my car was damaged while they were doing repairs. That took another trip to service but they took care of it by replacing the steering wheel. It was a bit of a hassle but they gave me loaner cars though the process. More

Jim at westside lexus was very personable and professional he was spot on with the details of our new lexus my wife love it ..i bought her a brand new 2008 ford taurus she had driven it 215,000 professional he was spot on with the details of our new lexus my wife love it ..i bought her a brand new 2008 ford taurus she had driven it 215,000 plus miles and still driving it she was well deserving for a nother car she loving it !!! We saw on the internet that your dealer had a good deal on 2022 Lexus RX350. My husband and my son came over and looked at that car. Jim (salesman) showed us the better deal on same model of 2023 with lowe on 2022 Lexus RX350. My husband and my son came over and looked at that car. Jim (salesman) showed us the better deal on same model of 2023 with lower milage. He explained the differences of models 2022 and 2023, and he also showed us the features of the model 2023 that we drove for the test. So, we ended up bought that one. Jim was very helpful with the process of purchasing this car (*****). In general, we love your Dealership. It looks very elegant, friendly and helpful staff. FYI, our family has been driven many Lexus models since 2005. Currently, we have a 2015 Lexus NX200T, a 2019 Lexus GX460, and this new car. We always stick with Lexus cars. More

I appreciate everyone's transparency throughout the process without any pressure to buy something I didn't want. My salesman even put a red bow on the car for me so I could take a picture with my Christmas gift! As a side note for service to go above and beyond, I'd recommend adding some snacks to have available for customers. I was there a while and the vending machines were out of service. Most luxury dealerships I've visited have this included for guests. Thanks for everything! Loving my new Lexus NX! More
