For a great car buying experience Liberty Buick is it. Liberty Buick is the real deal they have a great Service Department with great people ie Jim Frith. But if you need a new car you can not do better Liberty Buick is the real deal they have a great Service Department with great people ie Jim Frith. This is my second vehicle purchased at Liberty Buick, plus my husband also leased a vehicle there. Randy Edwards has been our salesman for all three and he is a gem, very caring and professional and genu plus my husband also leased a vehicle there. He has called several times to make sure everything was going OK and to see how I was enjoying my new car and if I needed anything. I was also very impressed with the whole Liberty Buick team, everyone there is GREAT. From the time you walk thru the door you feel like it’s one big family. Jim Frith is my service consultant and he is awesome. I will definitely go back for any future vehicles and I tell everyone I know how special they treat you. Service The Service Technician was thorough and courteous. The only issue with this call had nothing to do with the dealership. The Extended Warranty repres The Service Technician was thorough and courteous. The only issue with this call had nothing to do with the dealership. The Extended Warranty representative was spread too thin and didn't show up for until the third day. This is no fault of Liberty Buick. I was given a loaner car to use during the 5 days it was in service. More

Oil Change Liberty called me to let me know it was time for an oil change and that it would be on them! Arrived for my appointment and there was no waiting! No Liberty called me to let me know it was time for an oil change and that it would be on them! Arrived for my appointment and there was no waiting! Not only did they change the oil, they rotated the tires and washed my car! The waiting room was packed and there was not one unhappy customer sitting there! All were being taken care of by the team members and were being given updates as to the timeline of their vehicle being finished! I was in and out in 45 minutes! More
