This is a very busy dealership, but they staff it well, and you always get the treatment and attention you deserve regardless of what you are there for. Your situations change over the years and so do your needs and abilities to put your family or yourself in something that you would like. Through every purchase or lease each one has been an enjoyable one. Jim Hanahan has put us in our last 3 vehicles from Valley Honda and our experience with him has been nothing short of stellar. He's very polite and considerate to you current needs and circumstances. My car had to be ordered due to the fact no one likes to drive standard anymore(you all are missing out!) and he made sure that he kept me updated even when there was no update to give. He ended up working out a deal to swap out our leased Odyssey and purchase my car on the same day. My wife was at work and I had to juggle 4 kids while at the dealership going through the motions. Jim made sure to make the process as easy as possible doing most of the leg work while I kid-wrangled only pulling me out briefly 2 times to go through paperwork(which i was still able to watch the kids on the playroom monitor). For a processes that takes a lot Jim sure seemed to make it very easy, especially with two cars at one time. Couldn't say enough good things about Jim and would highly recommend you seek him out if you are interested in buying. To cap everything off, the dealer truly does take care of their customers. Post purchase it is very easy to maintain your vehicle. Their service department is very friendly and make it easy to swing through for maintenance. Joe (the Service Director) would take time to come out and shake a hand and ask how everything is going. Your waiting area has a everything from computers to a Starbucks Coffee spread. You can catch your daytime talk or your quick fix of ESPN. It's truly just an all around good experience everytime you walk through the door. If you are looking for a one stop shop, Valley Honda really is a good place to call home. More

Trade in Civic Si Lease Early for a new Honda Accord Sport This is the second time I have worked with Jim Hanahan. He did a stellar deal for me last time and this time was no exception. He is always true to his word and makes sure I am a satisfied customer. It took a bit of negotiating to come to an agreeable deal but it was not a difficult or laboring process. In fact, it took a whole 2.5 hours for the entire process and would have been even shorter had I not asked to have some additional equipment installed before I left. Jim is professional, polite, respectful, personable and honest and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. I will be calling him when I am ready for my next Honda! Mohit Saini was the sales manager involved and he helped get me to a lease payment and trade in price on my Civic Si that I was comfortable with. We started out pretty far apart but he was flexible and willing to work with me and negotiated and broke down the barriers and ultimately we ended up where I felt I was comfortable and that I had a fair deal. He was very easy to work with and I really appreciated that I was able to work with him face to face whereas with other dealerships you get nothing more than a piece of paper that gets passed back and forth. I appreciate the personal service. More
