He is always true to his word and makes sure I am a satisfied customer. It took a bit of negotiating to come to an agreeable deal but it was not a difficult or laboring process. In fact, it took a whole 2.5 hours for the entire process and would have been even shorter had I not asked to have some additional equipment installed before I left. Jim is professional, polite, respectful, personable and honest and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. I will be calling him when I am ready for my next Honda! Mohit Saini was the sales manager involved and he helped get me to a lease payment and trade in price on my Civic Si that I was comfortable with. We started out pretty far apart but he was flexible and willing to work with me and negotiated and broke down the barriers and ultimately we ended up where I felt I was comfortable and that I had a fair deal. He was very easy to work with and I really appreciated that I was able to work with him face to face whereas with other dealerships you get nothing more than a piece of paper that gets passed back and forth. I appreciate the personal service. More

When it came time to make a purchase decision, Brandon was on vacation and my request was transferred to Julie Olsen and Jim Hanahan. My family and I came on a very busy Saturday and were kept waiting about half an hour past our appointment time. After that, things went smoothly and I had a lease on a CR-V EX within about three hours, including a drive to the lot to check out color options. One standout employee who is not named below was the woman stocking the coffee bar. She overheard my children looking for hot chocolate and immediately found us some within a cabinet. I also enjoyed that the dealership did not hassle me between my test drive and two weeks later when I signed a lease. They gave me prices, and then gave me space to make a decision. I've dealt with other dealerships that called daily and it was a real turn off. More
