Great Experience I had been tracking used Honda Odysseys for a little over a month. Roush had one of the more competitive prices on the trim level I wanted. Since they also offered CPO, they were one of my first stops. Jim did a great job showing me the vehicle and not pressuring me. Even though the vehicle was CPO, I still took it to get looked at by a mechanic I trust. The inspection came back spotless. After returning to the dealership, I talked my decision making process out with Jim and we worked on the best solution....which involved me driving away in the van and not having to go to another dealership! (I had financing set up but decided to go with Honda's since they had a more competitive rate. I'm glad I did because they made it incredibly easy.) I will possibly be in the market for another car soon. Roush Honda and Jim will be the first place I start. More

Refreshing change!! We had visited another big name Honda dealer in Columbus mainly because we had dealt there before. We knew what to expect...back & forth between sale We had visited another big name Honda dealer in Columbus mainly because we had dealt there before. We knew what to expect...back & forth between salesperson & manager..."if we, will you" type of conversations designed to pressure you into a commitment. Trying to be nice after an hour of this, we were finally able to leave and went directly to ROUSH HONDA. Talk about culture shock! It was a completely different atmosphere ~ we felt NOT pressure, welcomed like family and the place just simply felt right. In less than an hour, we had a test drive, appraisal, negotiated a little bit and had a VERY FAIR deal put together! It was SO refreshing to work with someone that didn't make you feel like their next meal laying on the desk! Jim Hartsook was great to work with and his manager Steve Kantor really made us feel like friends that just happened to buy something from them. We will definitely go back and we're done with the "big boys" down the road. Totally different business philosophy, and it fits us very well! More

I filled out a pre qualify application on-line just to see if I had a chance to get approved. Though it took 4 days to receive a return phone call. I was approved and from that point on the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Jim Hartsook worked really hard to get me financed it took him most of the day I was pleased to find out that his hard work paid off. Every person on the team worked hard and Jim even fought for me on my trade. They knew how desperately I needed a safe vehicle for me and my family.
