Terry (Roush Budget Car Outlet) was Jim Hartsook, Terry Gabrich and Tim Senek did an excellent job during my first used car purchase at Roush Honda. Terry (Roush Budget Car Outlet) was very helpful, showed me numerous cars and applied no pressure. I then decided to pursue a certified pre-owned car. Jim showed me all my certified "used car" options that were within my budget, answered all my questions, never put any pressure on me to make a decision and worked with me throughout the purchasing process.  Tim did an awesome job explaining all the financial documents and walking me through the process. They were all very customer service focused and contributed to making this a great used car purchase experience. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as a result of my experience.  Kudos to these employees and Thank You!!! More

But I bought my first honda from Roush about 2 years ago and I had such a great experience I came back to do a possible trade for a newer used civic. But this time with Jim is was much different. From the very beginning this guy was not personable. I knew it was going to go BAD. Basically we walked in and told him what we were looking for and we test drove a car. We talked about a possible deal but we weren't to happy with the offer and were thinking of some other options. You could tell he didn't want to work with us at all. Didn't smile and seemed bothered we were asking so many questions. He said at one point,"I don't want to waste your time" which what he really meant was he didn't want US wasting HIS time! Thankfully he recommended going to the new dealer side which was like a complete 180 with customer service! Richie and Sam Nhem took amazing care of us and got us a great deal ! Thanks guys! More

First Time Honda Customer! I was recommended to go to Roush by a few friends and I am glad I did. Initially i was looking at a new SUV with low miles. After talking to Jim Hart I was recommended to go to Roush by a few friends and I am glad I did. Initially i was looking at a new SUV with low miles. After talking to Jim Hartsook and telling him what I wanted he turned me over to Cameron Bryant to check out the leasing program on a new vehicle. After a few hours of looking I found something that was in my budget and I drove off in a Brand new HRV the next day! I never felt pressured and so far I am very impressed! More
