High Anxiety soothed by excellent service and humor! I loved my 2004 Honda Accord but it was time for a new one and I knew it but had so many questions about where to start and the process. I stopped in to talk with Jim Hartsook at Roush Honda and immediately felt at ease - he is so easygoing, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out want I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford. There was absolutely no pressure! It felt like talking with a trusted friend or neighbor! I went home with a greater insight of the process and continued to check the Roush Honda Certified Used website for vehicles that interested me. After a few weeks, I had found 2 different Honda CRVs that interested me. Called Jim right away and he remembered me and all that we had discussed - most importantly my high anxiety of the process. He continually reminded me on the phone that he was there to take the pressure off and guide me through the experience! Made an appointment and met up with him the next day where he had both cars ready for me to look at and test drive. Easy decision - fell in love with he 2017 CRV Touring. He patiently showed me all the options and answered my questions. Jim is a funny guy that knows his vehicles and cares about his customers! It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. After signing all my paperwork, he walked me out and took more time again to review all the vehicles options and how everything worked. Even programmed my Bluetooth for me! I cannot say enough about Jim Hartsook and his character. He truly cares about each and every customer and makes you feel special! I would definitely return and have already raved to family and friends about him! The very first car he suggested was the perfect one. Of course we knew we shouldn't buy the first one without looking at any others, but he did such a good job knowing what we needed that we didn't have to look at very many to know that was the one for us. Jim also gave us a great deal on the price and was very patient with us as we debated how would be the best way to pay. Tim Senek was great as we filled out all the paperwork, keeping the mood light and conversational and explaining everything to us in an easy to understand way. Nobody tried to upsell us on anything, but made genuine suggestions on what features or insurances might be useful or weren't worth worrying about. They also went above and beyond making sure the car was pristine for us before we drove away. I had only worked with Roush's service department (which also has never disappointed) before this, but if I'm still in the area the next time I need a car I will definitely be coming back. More
