Great Experience I had a great experience buying my first Honda from Roush. I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Seth, and they made the whole process very easy. Jim made sure to give me all of the information I needed about the car/car features and financing and he gave me plenty of time to make my decision instead of pressuring me to get it done the same day. Seth was very patient with answering my questions and was very straight forward with what would benefit me most, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Beyond Thankful To start I would just like to say thank you.I typically enter into situations such as these with a very pessimistic attitude anticipating problems tha To start I would just like to say thank you.I typically enter into situations such as these with a very pessimistic attitude anticipating problems that garnish the response “unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do”. Today, this was not the case. Each slight issue that arose he walked me through why and avenues we could take to stay within my budget and still obtain the vehicle I wanted. I’ve wanted this car for years and have encountered countless setbacks in obtaining one. The one solution that always seemed to present itself was “we have our newer models”. You wer patient and most importantly, you were honest. Not being one to hide emotion well I know I didn’t come off as the warmest human being in the world. I’ll be sure to stop back and thank him another time because I smiled the whole damn time I was driving home. Sincerely, thank you. More
