I have not purchased a brand new car for quite some time. I was looking for something very specific. I submitted something online, received a phone call from Mesiah, told him what I was looking for, he too I was looking for something very specific. I scheduled a time later that evening for a test drive. I absolutely loved the vehicle, put a deposit down (it was late) and came back the next day to finalize the deal. The whole crew over at Roush Honda were amazing. The follow-up support to make sure I am happy has been great as well. This is my first Honda, but definitely won't be my last! Once that was done I went to dealership stood outside while they verified my trade in. The whole experience was seamless with minimum contact. This was a good experience. I did some checking on line and picked out a couple vehicles to test drive. When entering the dealership I was greeted by a friendly staff. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Hartsook and Rich Beard. Rich and Jim have excellent customer service and worked with me to get a great deal on a car that I could afford. I really appreciated that no one pressured me to buy immediately. They were very patient and answered all my questions. Jim even took the time to hook up my blue tooth and he even entered the contacts for me . He also installed the navigation from my phone.
