Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

A Happy CR-V Owner The Piazza Honda of Springfield won my business. I had gone to a couple other dealerships and was not as pleased with the customer service or pricing. Jim Helmig gave me an excellent test drive and thorough explanation of how my 2019 CR-V works. I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase as a result. Ray Mancini, the General Manager, is a fellow parishioner at Simon & Jude and included an ad in the parish bulletin that caught my eye. The process is long for purchasing a car but worthwhile in the end. Thank you! More

Great express service , Came into express service on a Monday morning and met with Kyle told him I had to get my tires rotated and he said he would do that he also took t , Came into express service on a Monday morning and met with Kyle told him I had to get my tires rotated and he said he would do that he also took the time to change my oil and give me a new oil and filter as well.
