Have been wrestling with what to do with my Jetta TDI that has been impacted by the buyback issue. Ended up giving the Jetta TDI back and driving off in a 'new to me' Tiguan. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Jim Hutson at Midlands. Super easy to work with each time. In this instance, I also worked with four other members of the team to make this happen in a relatively short period of time. Roger was also fantastic. Will continue to recommend Jim, Roger and the entire team at Midlands VW to my friends and family! More

It was better than I expected! I have given this rating as excellent because I was on my own as a first time buyer. And at first I felt I was going to be a lamb thrown into a tank of sharks. But my experience was quite the opposite. I didn't know what to expect, even tho' I knew I wanted this experience to be the best ever. The Product Specialist (Jim Hutson) whom assisted me in buying my car was awesome! Not only did he pick me up at my home, since I didn't have a vehicle to drive, he took the time to answer my questions and explaining to me anything that I may have asked or wasn't certain of. Mr. Jim Hutson was pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and he didn't pressure me into making a decision. Anything I needed to know, he made certain to take the time to make sure I understood. I felt very comfortable while visiting Midlands VW and I was very happy with the entire process. Mr. Craig Jones, in Finance, was also very congenial and he also took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel rushed or pressured in any form. I totally enjoyed this entire experience and I will definitely use Midlands VW for any and all of my services for my new Jetta and in the future to buy another vehicle. I also highly recommend anyone who is in need of a great deal, wonderful service and an all around pleasant experience with buying a car, be it used or new, to absolutely go to Midlands VW. Wonderful Experience - Great Team! I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the selection of Passats in the background. We spoke briefly after that and set an appointment for the next day for a test drive. Upon my arrival, it was as if he had read my mind and had selected the perfect one for me. Roger was excellent at keeping in touch with me and negotiating on my behalf. With his travel schedule, he wasn't present when I purchased but referred me over to Jim Hutson, who was also very knowledgeable and helped me in Roger's absence. I enjoyed working with all of them and had the pleasure to deal with Craig and JP a bit. I would highly recommend Roger and the team at Midlands when you are looking to purchase your next vehicle. I'm a true VW fan - this is my third! More
