Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, too many times you have to suffer pressure selling and a lot of b.s. from salesmen in the dealers should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, too many times you have to suffer pressure selling and a lot of b.s. from salesmen in the dealers. Since moving from U.K. i have only ever bought V W, and always from Wray/Midland Volkswagen. The guy that i always go to, has been with them for more than 18 years, which must be some sort of record for car dealers. He knows the cars that he is selling, and he does not need to resort to questionable or over the top antics. Unless he retires, i do not plan to buy a car from anywhere else. More

Customer service and products are great!!! I previously drove a GL350 blue tech Mercedes. I was very hesitant to buy anything other then a Mercedes but meeting all the wonderful people at VW d I previously drove a GL350 blue tech Mercedes. I was very hesitant to buy anything other then a Mercedes but meeting all the wonderful people at VW dealership and actually driving the cars made me realized that changing to VW was the best decision ever. I love my VW!!!!!!!!! They came up with a great product when they made the Atlas. I cannot say more about this car anf the people that helped me along at the dealership! I'm one happy consumer!!!! More

When we came in that evening to pickup our new GTI, they took the time to go over all the features and nuances of the car with us. In completing the paperwork, we were surprised when the price was lowered a few hundred dollars, as they had found another rebate from VW. I will definitely buy from these guys again! More
