I found him to be professional and thorough in dealing with the problem. Ultimately I was able to return the car and get a 4 Runner. I love my 4 Runner and I am very appreciative of the way in which my problem was handled by Mr. Lopez, Mr. Fussleman (sales person), and Angel Lewis (Delivery Specialist). Each person was excellent. I would say, if you have had problems with dealerships or service; you made a mistake. You didn't know Jeff. Get to know Jeff for a great deal, and great service.
