This dealership went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I was having issues with my jeep and Lou not only found the perfect vehicle but assisted me with the trade in. My experience with the Service Department was over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery when I came out of a restaurant around noon. AAA started the car and I drove to the dealership where they kept the car overnight in view of service the next day. My daughter and son-in-law took me home. Around noon on 6/7 I had a phone call that the car was ready. Because my husband and I live in an Assisted Living facility, "Mike" traveled to pick me up and transported me in the company van to collect the car. All systems were checked out, the chief problem repaired, the car cleaned up, looking its best since purchase in December of 2021!. Everything was under warranty, so no charges. They didn't even charge for keeping the car overnight. I have never had such a pleasant experience with service - all personnel were so eager and helpful it was heartwarming to this 85-year-old, and tremendously appreciated! Turned a "breakdown" into a blessing. More

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too! More

In MB for the Holiday weekend. Visiting from Virginia. My Brand new 2022 4xe Wrangler lost brakes and steering. I had to have my Jeep towed there. The dealership was fantastic. Visiting from Virginia. My Brand new 2022 4xe Wrangler lost brakes and steering. I had to have my Jeep towed there. The dealership was fantastic. They quickly expedited repairs, and got it all fixed up. Had it back in 48 hours. I really appreciate their efficient handling of the situation. More
