We know now, we car always counting in Jim for intently listening to our needs, wants and wishes, finding our cravings at Lee, and gently but professionally seeing us thru the process. Not only were we able to recently buy my wife's favorite ever car at Lee, but just this week, good old Jim put us into out dream camper, helped us thru the paperwork and even hooked it to the truck for us! We were driving off and all of a sudden, when we were just about to drive into heavy traffic, "screech!"...the brakes locked up! Where was Jim? He was watching his customer leave the lot as any responsible car dealer should. He "immediately" ran over towards us, and yelled ... "Does your electric break box have an adjustment?" I ran into a very stressful situation with totaling my original Jeep a week before I was required to sit for my USCG exams for my marine engineering license for college. I went to Lee with virtually nothing to show hoping for some sort of miracle. Jim was my salesman, and he was extraordinarily helpful and personable, helping me along in the paperwork process. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for another vehicle, regardless of your situation. With the help of several others at Lee including Lance Astbury and Levi Grey, they were able to move vehicles from dealership to dealership for me to drive on just hours notice. Special thanks also to Tony Sangiovanni and Brian Poulin to work out an extremely satisfactory price to a student with nothing but college graduation on the horizon. And also a very grateful thank you to Mark Bursey with AAC to work with banks to get me a loan, and sit down and talk with me to learn my situation, and to figure out what needed to be done to specifically help me. I've bought a few vehicles even as young as I am, and I have never ever had so many people from a company work together to satisfy my needs. For my first time ever, I felt like I was more than just another sale. Each one of these gentlemen went well out of their way to make my experience stress free and enjoyable, and within two days, I was signing paperwork to a Jeep Patriot 4x4 Limited.
