Great Service I was two days before leaving for Hamilton Ontario when I notices something leaking from my rear axle. I texted Dave about my problem and he instructed me to drop the truck off and he would get it into the the shop ASAP. Dave and his team took care of everything and had the truck back to me in 1 day. Dave is very detailed orentated and kept me informed the entire time my truck was in the shop. Dave as alway has great customer service and always makes you feel like you are the only one in the dealership. Thanks Dave More

Awsome buying experience! The easiest buying experience I have ever had. Bruce was my salesman he was awesome and helped me from the first test drive to picking up the vehicle, The easiest buying experience I have ever had. negligent, disrespectful, no accountability My mother, who is very inexperienced in auto sales and easily taken advantage of purchased a vehicle from Ford of Londonderry. The vehicle she purchas My mother, who is very inexperienced in auto sales and easily taken advantage of purchased a vehicle from Ford of Londonderry. The vehicle she purchased was not only advertised as a 6-cylinder, but "a refined 6-cylinder engine" and was disclosed as such in all of the paperwork, more specifically her purchase and sales agreement. Upon further inspection my father noticed the engine is not in fact a 6-cylinder, but a 4-cylinder. My parents immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership to rectify the issue and left with no resolution. The sales team informed them to "come back on Monday when the owner (Jim McGovern) was in because he is on vacation". My parents gracefully complied and went back into the dealership on Monday, as instructed. Jim McGovern didn’t even have the audacity nor respect to address them in person and apologize for the issue, never mind appropriately resolve his dealerships' mistakes and false advertising. What was offered to them was not only unacceptable and insulting, but does not even match the price difference between a 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine in this class. The fact that this error occurred at all is enough to make me never want to do business with this dealership again, but the sheer lack of respect and regard Jim McGovern has for his customers, in addition to his inability to take accountability for his company's errors is beyond disgraceful. More

Bob Morissette ,the salesman, did an excellent job.in getting the exact car we wanted and giving all the information we needed. My husband for the first time in in life got a an " thankyou for your service" and that mean the world to him. No stress purchase experience I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicl I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicle and the color was so exact that my wife and I was amazed. The internet representative (Terry) responded to my request for a quote within minutes. Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal. Bob Morissette was very professional and had all the internet data required to close the deal. The time to close the deal was less than 30 minutes and was extremely painless. Bob made himself available to deliver the Explorer to fit our schedule. At the delivery day Bob synced my wife's cell phone with the new vehicle and spent all the time we needed to go over all the options available in the Explorer. Bob was very patient and very professional. The overall new purchase experience at Ford of Londonderry was stress free, enjoyable and satisfying. More

If you’ve got time to waste, this is the dealership for you! I received a pretty great offer in the mail from Londonderry Ford and signed by Jim McGovern. The gist of the offer was: we’ll give you fair marke I received a pretty great offer in the mail from Londonderry Ford and signed by Jim McGovern. The gist of the offer was: we’ll give you fair market value for your current Ford, plus give you an extra $6883 on top of that if you buy or lease a new Ford. PLUS, we’ll give you $5000 in cash towards a new Ford purchase or lease and you’ll be saving money in a brand new car. I love my 2015 Ford Flex but figured hey, if I can get into a new Flex at or near the same payment, why not! The fine print on the back of this awesome offer said the $5000 was good towards an F-150 so that was kind of a bummer, but the $6883 would still be enough to put some towards a down on a new Flex. And with me adding a couple thousand more, I figured I’d be able to get the same payments. This was according to Ford’s online lease payment calculator at least. So I go into the dealership during my work day because this is a limited time offer mind you, and the kids were in school so I figured I’d save some sanity and go kidless. The salesman took my info, took my Flex for a spin and had it looked over and was working up a deal. It was pretty efficient so far. I’d been there about 30 minutes. When he came back with a lease payment of $700 a month, I was kinda surprised. First, he didn’t take into account the extra $6883 to cover the balance due on my Flex and add that to the down. Then he brought someone else over to explain why I didn’t understand the offer that was written in pretty good English, and typed so it was easy to read. I spoke with this guy for a minute and as I was getting up to leave asked to speak to the GM, Jim McGovern. “He just stepped out”, was of course his response. I told him I’d wait. He went in the back and lo and behold, Jim came with him! It’s a Thursday miracle! Jim directed his guy to plug in a few numbers to see if we could get closer, etc. and after several minutes of this, we couldn’t. We were pretty far off so either I don’t understand English, or their offer was not something they were prepared to honor. As I was leaving, I mentioned this was my third time trying to make a deal with these guys and I wouldn’t be back. I’d made deals on my first Flex and my current Flex from other dealers so I knew these numbers they were throwing around were ridiculous. McGovern claimed the prices are diffferent this year, etc. but from my limited English reading skills, the prices and rebates looked pretty similar to the prices and rebates when I leased my last Flex. The bottom line is: these guys are typical car salesmen and will waste your time. More
