Over the 12 years, no matter if you were picking up a company vehicle as a courtesy delivery or selling you your first vehicle, my door has always been open to you. If you are pissed off that on June 21st, I did not get right back to you because I was working with customers in the showroom and providing them with the same attention I have always given you over the years, then I am very sorry. As reflected in previews reviews, Ford of Londonderry always tries to make it quick and easy. Negative Equity or being “upside down” can be a little challenging. Not having previously sold the vehicle to be traded, we are not sure what swayed that particular situation. Nobody was pressured or pushed to buy a car. After a very aggressive trade offer and additional money off, we were unable to get to the payment desired. We are very happy to hear that our staff was professional. Best of luck in your pursuit of a new vehicle.
