I'm always impressed with the spirit of cooperation between the service advisors. I feel like they are listening to my sometimes vague explanations of a problem and trying to help me sort it out. Jim in service was great! He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He immediately got someone involved and pulled my Jeep in. Turns out there was a screw loose. Instead of simply sending me on my way, they found a star screwdriver and tightened it for me. Your team went above and beyond!
