The actual experience of buying the car was good. Too much paperwork, but other than that good. In retrospect we do not feel like the certified used car we purchased went through a proper vetting b Too much paperwork, but other than that good. In retrospect we do not feel like the certified used car we purchased went through a proper vetting because there were issues with it almost immediately. We took it back to the shop and it just seems like communication isn't great and nobody seemed to know the problem. Parts were ordered and after 4 days we still don't have the car back. I' m not very confident at this time. More
