Great Experience When I came into the dealership I was "on the fence" about whether or not I really wanted to buy a new Forester and I was pressed for time because my When I came into the dealership I was "on the fence" about whether or not I really wanted to buy a new Forester and I was pressed for time because my daughter needed to get to the Paul Mitchell School in Temecula by noon to have her hair done for senior prom. Jim was great!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I went from "on the fence" to "must have this car" during the test drive, and this was largely due to the excellent way Jim explained the features. Similarly, Brandie Stockton did a great job. I had contacted two other Internet Sales Directors at other dealerships (both Honda, looking at the CR-V), and they didn't seem to understand electronic communication at all. By contrast, Brandie made everything easy and straightforward. It's clear that she knows what she is doing. I had similarly positive experience in the finance department. I will definitely recommend Bob Baker Subaru to friends and family . . . and I love my new Forester. More

Check engine light on As soon as I drove off the dealership with my one year old car the check engine light turned on. I had to drive back and leave it in the shop for thre As soon as I drove off the dealership with my one year old car the check engine light turned on. I had to drive back and leave it in the shop for three days. Supposedly the mechanic checks everything before placing it for sale. After the purchase and check engine light thing made us feel like the sales person and dealership is fake. Very dissapointed and frustrated. Will not shop at this dealership again. More
