The dealership was very professional from the time I pull in until I lefted the dealer. I couldn't believe my truck was finished that fast I was reading the paper and the service man came in got me pull in until I lefted the dealer. I took my radio because the infotainment went out along with radio. I took it in for service and they were not able to help. I was told to "Start" by replacing the factory amp. Then go from there. The dealership should have a stock in of these items. He said it was a Special order. I paid $175 For a guess. They had no way of testing Amp. My question what else does the amp control?. More

Oil change and tire rotation is what was serviced. Tires were rotated but the sensors were not recalibrated. My dashboard does not match the new tire location after being rotated. The lack of attention to d were rotated but the sensors were not recalibrated. My dashboard does not match the new tire location after being rotated. The lack of attention to detail is concerning and very unprofessional. If this “extra” service of pressing a few buttons while holding a tool next to the tire was an option for an additional charge I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to make a decision while my vehicle was in the shop. More
