Easy going with Cookies! Having a 2016 Forester I popped into Sommers in mid-summer and Jim showed me new models and answered my questions. As planned in late fall I returned and as I was comfortable with Jim I contacted him. After a few phone calls with Jim I made an appointment with him with a tentative time. As Jim was just finishing up with a customer and Omar was waiting for his next appointment he helped me out (including a test drive) and handed back to Jim. After that it was the 3-V's. Very easy, very laid back and very typical car buying experience. Working through the process with Jim and meeting Omar made it simple. More

Sommers is over 70 miles from where I live. I did my homework. Contacted 5 Subaru dealers in my new car search. Sommers was Subaru Dealer of the Year, so I contacted them too even though they w I did my homework. Contacted 5 Subaru dealers in my new car search. Sommers was Subaru Dealer of the Year, so I contacted them too even though they were over 70 miles from my home. Sommers was worth the drive. I have zero complaints about my experience. Jim Naus addressed all of my questions. When my new car was delivered while he was out of town, Jim connected me up with Allen Miquet so I could take deliver without delay. My wife and I received a first rate new car orientation from Allen. About a week after picking the car up we were invited back to Sommers for a free car wash, gas card and further orientation of the new car features. First class service. None better in my car buying experience. Every single person that I had contact with at Sommers was first rate. And yes I would buy from them again. More

I had a great experience at Sommer's all thanks to Jim! Jim was knowledgeable and went over all the car models that I was interested in. He was patient with my partner and I as we asked questions after que Jim was knowledgeable and went over all the car models that I was interested in. He was patient with my partner and I as we asked questions after questions. He was down to earth and didn't pressure us to make any decisions that we weren't ready for. When I told him I was looking for a specific car with a specific package, Jim took it upon himself to search the car lot to find the vehicle in inventory. He was accommodating and even offered to be on stand by as we make our decision over the weekend. When we decided on our car, Jim was willing to stay later to complete the process with my partner and I. Even as the shop closed he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready to go as we left the lot. Jim made the whole process easy and understanding. He took his time to make sure that I knew all the features and warranties that came with the car. I am now a happy owner of a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport! More
