Complete Rip-off Once you drop your car off they will hold it hostage until they bleed every penny from your pocketbook. I’m so mad I won’t go into detail but I rue the day I brought my car here. I just brought my car and it didn’t know the headlight settings so I ran my battery down. Thinking I might had a bad battery I had it checked out at my local Auto Zone. The battery was good so I thought I had some kind of shortage so I took it to Chapman Volkswagen and I ended with a new battery, new spark plugs, and a passenger door wire harness. In reality all I need was a battery charge. And I may or may not gotten the spark plugs and harness. That how much I mistrust them. More
