Professional and kind sales experience One cold winter Saturday, my daughter and I went car shopping and by good fortune ended up at Sunset Ford. We located a car that we were interested in One cold winter Saturday, my daughter and I went car shopping and by good fortune ended up at Sunset Ford. We located a car that we were interested in and upon arrival, met with Jim and test drove the car. There was absolutely no pressure, in fact, Jim was tremendously helpful in determining the condition of the care. An exception was even made so that we could take the car out of the allowed 10 mile radius for an inspection by an independent mechanic. The following week, many arrangements were made due to out of town occurrences but Jim remained helpful and courteous throughout the process. I will definitely do business with Jim and Sunset Ford in the future. Thank you all for making the experience (that I dreaded) pleasant and enjoyable! More

Just Different! After too many "typical" used car experiences, we had the privilege to deal with Jeff, Perry and Jason at Sunset this past week. They were just differ After too many "typical" used car experiences, we had the privilege to deal with Jeff, Perry and Jason at Sunset this past week. They were just different. The whole situation had a different feel and result. For the first time ever in the used car market, our transaction was about the experience, not the deal. To be clear, we had a budget and our numbers matched up (or they made them match). But it was refreshing to hear someone actually say they "wanted our business". Again, this was never heard by other dealers in the used car lots and looks to highlight a very different approach to the used car world. It is clear that Perry, Jeff and Jason were in the deal for repeat business, not to move vehicles off their lot. I am thankful for the experience and I will be back when we need another car. More
