We stopped into the service department to ask Mike Wilhite if he could steer us to someone who could help us out and as always he pointed us in the perfect direction to Jim. We explained what we were looking for and he took us right to the selection of cars that fit all our wants and needs. He was also very busy the day we stopped in and even though he was juggling several customers at once (including us) we never once felt we second on his list. Jim will always make you feel like his number one priority and let's be honest you don't get that these days!! He was extremely willing to work with us and help us find a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget. He even took time to drive to a different Sunset dealership and bring back a vehicle for us to test drive, and yet we never felt pressured to actually purchase the vehicle. My only complaint is that one of the financing guys kept trying to pressure us into extra warranties that we didn't want. More
