Born and raised in St. Louis, a Mehlville H.S. graduate. I have a daughter and a step-daughter, and I'm a fan of all St. Louis sports and English Premier League soccer, particularly Tottenham Hotspur. Like any true Cardinals fan I also enjoy giving my wife grief for being a Cubs fan. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, remodeling our house, or playing golf. Not sure about their customer service!!! My son Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion with 10,000 miles for him to drive back to his Marine base in South Carolina. Car had just arrived and we were intere My son Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion with 10,000 miles for him to drive back to his Marine base in South Carolina. Car had just arrived and we were interested in it. They did the Pre-certified check and found nothing to be fixed or replaced. Found this a little odd but okay. (Not even wiper blades to be replaced) I think they knew we were interested and passed it all. Son got in car for his trip 6 days later and transmission blew in Tennessee. Luckily he was close to a Ford dealership. The Ford dealership in TN said that this car had transmission issues and a solenoid replaced. I called Sunset and asked about this and why we were not told of this. I even asked to see the CarFax. Dealer says they do not have to tell you things that were repaired at a Ford Dealer. What?!! Basically Sunset said it is your car now..see you later. I want to thank Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga Tennessee for all their help. No more cars to be bought at Sunset Ford from me or my family...oh and I have been spreading the word also!!! Also, I made all calls to Sunset...no calls from any service or managers back to me. Terrible customer service. More
