Terrible customer service 2019 Kia Sorento was recalled for service and is having transmission problems. Car is still under warranty. They will not schedule service on a Saturd 2019 Kia Sorento was recalled for service and is having transmission problems. Car is still under warranty. They will not schedule service on a Saturday because they "only have 2 employees." I work in health care and cannot cancel my patients to take my car in for service. I will never buy from them and if you're looking for good customer service once you do purchase, I recommend you steer clear. More
