Long, tiring week Had been going everywhere looking for vehicle to replace my 20 year old truck (bless her heart). Made a previous visit here with no success except hig Had been going everywhere looking for vehicle to replace my 20 year old truck (bless her heart). Made a previous visit here with no success except higher priced vehicle than I could manage. Saw couple new listings on web site and made a call to have them aware to get ready for me to peruse and that I was on the way and didn't have lots of time. Surprise, when I arrive, nothing has been done and I am told by the salesman I contacted he has other obligations and hasn't even checked inventory, etc., and he would be putting me with someone else. I explained I was upset I spent a lot of time communicating with him several days about my needs, etc., so I wouldn't be wasting time.returning there and now he doesn't have time for me. I was speechless, so I just went outside and sat in my truck awhile, and the salesman that had helped me prior to this salesman came out and spoke to me and told me he had several vehicles for me to see, and I said OK...let's do this (he was the original salesman from my first visit who ended up getting tied up with another customer after we had looked at a couple of vehicles and turned me over to the salesman I'd been communicating with), and if this sounds confusing, that's how I felt. Well, long story short, my original salesman, John Turner, helped me narrow down to two vehicles I was interested in. It was a tough decision but he stuck with me through it. After thorough deliberation, I decided on a certified preowned vehicle and we made an offer. (keep in mind I haven't bought a vehicle in 18 years...lol) They accepted my offer and I am finally on the road in my CPO vehicle, but it still was an exhausting LONG day (over 6 hours) by the time we finished up with finance, etc. And I want to give real kudos to John Turner for finally getting me where I needed to be...thanks John :) More
