There was not a time in our dealings that he didn't immediately get the answer I needed and I had quit a few questions. I know the business pretty well as I did spend a short time earlier in life in car sales. There was no need to negotiate on purchase price or financing as the initial numbers presented to me were more than impressive. After the purchase I was introduced to my service manager and was even more impressed as I have dealt with many service departments in other dealerships and I can say that none stand out like this one after meeting Joshua. I anticipate after visiting with him that I will be more than happy with my future service. I was given all the information I need and never felt rushed. This seems to be a great group.
