We came in for two repairs. When we arrived we found out that one repair was miss ordered. Then to find out we would have to return another day. The staff made some calls without our knowledge and had a parts team get parts from the TC and had both fixes completed before the end of the day! More

I purchased a new car and brought it in to get some extras added on. The service department was great. Jimmy greeted my by name, he already knew what I was having done and since it was going to take a extras added on. The service department was great. Luther Honda checked my battery when I brought my car in for an oil changea month ago. They told me I needed a new battery and other work. Made an appointment. Decided I didn't want to get a battery yet. Se for an oil changea month ago. They told me I needed a new battery and other work. Made an appointment. Decided I didn't want to get a battery yet. Service department completed other work and tested my battery. The paperwork noted my battery was "good." When I asked how my battery "needed replacing" a month ago and is now "good"? They had no logical or reasonable explanation for the discrepancy. Now I am wondering if I needed any of the work they told me I needed! More
