But Joe Pellegrini worked with me, located some extra incentives, and got the monthly payment down to into my range. Joe had to do a bit of searching for a truck that matched my specifications but did find one outside of their group. They picked up the truck, took it to my mechanic to get the gooseneck hitch installed and got everything taken care of. I just came a few days later and drove away. This is the fourth truck I have purchased from Colonial and definitely the best experience. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and seriously hooked it up. Jim made the whole process easy, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. I got to check out a bunch 2017 Colorados and found the one that fit me perfectly (in price and features). Durring the short process Jim told me if I ever hand any questions about anything to give him a call. Since i brought the truck home I've been personalizing it and I picked up new hood. I needed it painted so I gave Jim a call. He got me a great price and access to the best paint shop in the area. If I ever have any questions I know where to go. Very impressed with this dealership! I arrived on a Sunday 15 minutes before they opened to look at their on lot stock. I was politely asked from a distance whether I needed assistance by I arrived on a Sunday 15 minutes before they opened to look at their on lot stock. I was politely asked from a distance whether I needed assistance by Jim who turned out to be a sales professional and the inventory manager. I let him know from the start that I was not interested in typical car sales tactics and he didn't seem to mind. I told him numbers would control so we went inside and he gave me his best offer in writing. I took it to other dealerships, none of which would even give me a solid price verbally and were obviously shady folks. In particular, the sales manager at Imperial Chevy in Mendon was the absolute worst of all - when I asked for a clear bottom line number he started on this ridiculous hypothetical about how "[if I list a house for $475k on the market and someone comes and offers me $550k for it, why would i sell it for $475k?]" ...bottom line: Imperial are clearly not the type of people a buyer wants to be dealing with in the car buying process. I got a great deal at Colonial, the first dealership I stopped at, and would absolutely recommend going to see Jim at Colonial Chevy in Acton if you are considering buying a car/truck. Never once did the numbers change or any other shady tactics - seemingly the most transparent vehicle purchase I have been a part of. Love my new Equinox! More
