I purchased a 2018 Honda Fit from Colonial Chevrolet in September 2025. I usually avoid buying used cars because I don't like dealing with car problems but the car appeared to be in great shape. Unfortun September 2025. I usually avoid buying used cars because I don't like dealing with car problems but the car appeared to be in great shape. Unfortunately, the car suffered from a common, but subtle Honda issue and needed a new VTC actuator. I did not notice this issue while test driving the car because the only symptom is a short-lived rattle sound on a cold startup and I never performed a cold start until I owned the car. Initially, I was very upset because a new VTC actuator is $2000+ job, but Colonial not only quickly fixed the car for me, but they sent it to their sister dealership, Colonial Honda, for the work to be done by trained Honda mechanics. Very happy with the purchase now and would definitely buy another car, new or used, from Colonial Chevrolet. Hailey George, Jim Keefe, and Vincent Bouchard all played a major role in making the purchase a positive experience. Thank you! More

We recently purchased a 2025 Silverado 3500 LTZ at Colonial Chevrolet—our fifth Silverado in 12 years—and from the moment we walked into the Colonial dealership, the experience was outstanding compare Colonial Chevrolet—our fifth Silverado in 12 years—and from the moment we walked into the Colonial dealership, the experience was outstanding compared to any of my previous dealerships. Our salesperson, Joe, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and asked questions to assess what we wanted in a vehicle. Notably, there was no high-pressure sales talk, which made us feel at ease and comfortable. After we made the purchase, sitting in our new vehicle, ready to leave the dealership, Joe explained all the options (bells and whistles). With our previous purchases, no salesperson took the time after the deal had been made to explain everything we needed to know.
